I cannot recommend this company highly enough for anyone seeking an Emotional Support Animal (ESA) or Psychiatric Service Dog (PSD) evaluation. From the very first interaction, their professional approach was evident, setting them apart from other services I've encountered.

I love official pets! My experience could not have been more smooth. I got a call back promptly where everything was explained to me. My therpist Theresa was excellent, a great listener and extremely kind. All of my questions were answered and my letter for my emotional support cat was given right away. It’s worth the money (cost is fairly low) to keep your pets with you regardless of rules set by living conditions. I would recommend this service to anyone in need.

I am so thankful for this service. Leon is super easy to talk to and almost makes you forget that he’s writing an esa letter for you. They also get the letter to you supper quickly any are willing to help out every step of the way if needed. I needed to get an updated letter since I’m moving soon and he made it super quick and easy for me to be able to send it off.

Getting my ESA letter for my animal Nala was a stressful process—not because of Official Pets, but due to some issues on my apartment’s approval side. Thankfully, Official Pets truly came through for me. Leon personally reached out via message and phone to see what else my apartment needed for my ESA approval. He went above and beyond by ensuring I was connected with my therapist so my letter could be approved.

His and my therapist’s support made all the difference. The care and attention I received helped ease a lot of the stress and anxiety I was feeling. I honestly can’t thank Official Pets enough for being so professional, compassionate, and responsive during a difficult time. I’m incredibly grateful to now have my ESA letter and to be able to keep Nala with me in my apartment. Highly recommend!

Official Pets made the process of getting a letter for my dog seamless and stress free. I submitted my and my dogs information on the website and within a few minutes Theresa messaged me to set an appointment for the next morning. During our phone call Theresa was kind and friendly, I really enjoyed speaking with her! Theresa asked questions, in a non judgmental way, about my diagnosis and how my dog helps me. At the end of our call she said I qualified and would send me my letter. Just a couple of minutes after our phone call she emailed me my letter. I’m glad that I decided to use Official Pets and very happy that I got to speak with Theresa!
