Very easy to assemble and extremely comfortable, with almost unlimited points of adjustment. Great for office or studio. I edit video and this makes sitting for long hours very comfortable.

I wish that the headrest would travel…
I wish that the headrest would travel to an even lower position. I am 5'8" and would like to have the lower curvature of the headrest line up with my neck. Office chairs in this price range have not lasted as long as I would have expected. Usually material or structural failures have shortened the useable life. Time will tell if this chair will be more durable. At this moment it appears that it should be better than past purchases.

Neck support and lower lumbar support…
Neck support and lower lumbar support and the chair itself is rickety an seems unstable to provide proper support I have herniated discs and the left to right wiggle drives me nuts… the bottom seat feels funny due to the curve of the seat I wish it was a little more flat due to me having small legs the adjustment to bring the seat backwards creates a wierd curve.

From the extremely helpful associates, to the comfort and back pain relief I didn't think I could get from an office chair, this has been a life changing purchase, especially since becoming disabled last year and losing my ability to walk. This chair LITERALLY relieves a large amount of my back pain while still allowing me to get work done. Only took 30 mins to put together and has been the new staple of my desk setup.

I worked with customer service…
I worked with customer service representative Zoey in getting new armrests for my chair. I did not save a recipt and thought I would have to pay for the replacement, but Zoey was able to look up the order using my address. After the armrests came, a small component broke in one of them. I reached out to Zoey to get a replacement for the small component, offering to install it myself, but she was Kind enough to send a full new arm rests to replace it. Zoey was always kind, helpful, and cheerful. She always responded quickly and didn't try to negotiate replacement services.
