I bought one pair of mens compression…

I bought one pair of mens compression socks.
Company stated free shipping within 3-4 days, not so. I was charged $4.95 for shipping and it took 18 days. It came from China. They refunded the shipping charges after some effort. The socks themselves did not stay up on my calves, making them useless. The company said I could return them to China for a refund. That cost would be $27+. That's not happening. Outright charged me incorrectly, and the refund policy is a joke.
