As in previous reviews, waited all day for a call back then eventually had to call them again only to be told the house had sold.
When asked why they didn't call back I was told that their interest is the vendor! So if you're looking to buy using them don't expect any consideration as they're only interested in getting their cut.

It was quite tough to me to determine whether to allocate my saved funds to the purchasing of a new accommodation, ot apply to special real estate agents and issue a mortgage. I have chosen the second option, as I understood that it would be a bit beneficial for me. I chose this company as I thought that here real professional work and this is the catching opportunity to issue a mortgage. I believe they said real estate agencies are worth applying to them. in the past I was afraid of them. but these days everything is different. I was explained all the details and these managers helped me to choose an accommodation.

Where do I been, We moved back from FL in January in hopes of finding a beautiful affordable home. With the market going high every other day it was very overwhelming. For months we couldn’t get a house because we kept losing to the bidding wars. But rummy was always positive. He made sure at the end of the day that we’ll be ok and that the “right time and place” will come. And so that happened. We bought our beautiful home in September. It is our dream home and everything we imagined. The time and effort Rummy put into it, reminded us that he is like family. And he will forever be part of this new road and journey for us. Amazing customer service is an understatement. He was extremely patient. And just never gave up. Ever. God bless him and his team for making our dreams comes true. We are forever thankful.

Kavita not only found us our dream house but she also helped us sell the first house we ever lived in Yonkers. Many people had doubts about how much we were asking for the house and that the house was not worth that price. Well, Kavita got us even more than asking price. She helped us clean with her team, set the house for staging and guided us on improvements that buyers would notice. We had some delays due to the city and a retaining wall issue. It was a long process but she was patient and a great communicator. Was always available when we had concerns because we had never sold a house before. We appreciate her hard work and her dedication to her clients. She is knowledgeable, dedicated to her clients and will get the job done. There is no one better I could recommend if you are looking to buy or sell that will listen to you and get you your goal. Thank you for all your hard work!

Excellent and professional service. They got four offers within days and we sold the house at the asking price!
