Non-existent support

While the initial prescription was easy to get, they continued charging me maintenance but never reviewed my messages to get a refill. I waited 3 weeks for them to review my refill request and then when they charged me for the upcoming month, I cancelled immediately and reached out to request they refund me for the month they just charged. They strung me along for 2 months before ultimately declining to refund me even though they hadn't rendered services. Stay away.

Absolute scam artist !!

Absolute scam artist !!! Crooks. They will steal from you . I tried their pharmacy service . I had a horrible reaction to the medication . I sent an email and requested to cancel until I spoke to my primary care physician . They replied and said no further orders would be processed . True to their word they stopped shipping the medication but continued to charge my card . Once I confronted them , they acknowledged that they continued charging after I cancelled , acknowledged that they had not sent any orders to me , refused to refund the money. I had to contest the charge with my bank and am preparing to sue . Stay away from this pharmacy !!

Pick ANY other provider

I’ve been using Nurx for a little over a year now. Up until this point I’ve had no problem getting my monthly packs of birth control. Recently, I’ve received no response from them when I reach out to find out where my prescription is. This is completely negligent and irresponsible. I also spoke to a young woman named Shatoria on the phone about it (after waiting nearly 30 minutes) and she was incredibly rude and unhelpful. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Please, Do Not Use Nurx!

I trusted Nurx at one of the most vulnerable points in my life. I won’t make that mistake again, and I’ll make sure others know better too. They ignored urgent refill requests for my medication, putting my health at serious risk. No communication, no care; just negligence. Don’t trust them with your health.

Would give them 0 if I could

Would give them 0 if I could. You can add your insurance but they're all about profit and will charge your card. They won't refund you, or let you know in advance that they're not using insurance. Had this problem happen TWICE. My mistake for thinking they would correct the error on the second go around.

Never ever ever again

I've been using them for almost two years. They were fine up until recently.
They were processing my prescription, and then up until I ran out, they THEN shipped it.
So I went a week without birth control, just using the placebo. Which, my period didnt come at all then. It wasn't until after it finally shipped and I was taking it for a whole week was when my period came.
So not only did I have to go almost 3 weeks of not getting laid, but now my menstrual cycle is off. Thanks nurx, for being a complete nuisance in my life. You might as well pay the big money and get an IUD instead of going through these people.

Fraudulent advertising about wait time…

Fraudulent advertising about wait time (far over a month never even got assigned a provider), poor (meaning NO communication about delays or even progress status), a week before hearing back from customer service who said it was still being “worked on” each time I reach out, which is dangerous and unethical especially for health care. They also do not seem to have customer care skills in even acknowledging this is an issue or attempting to fix this.

The Pill Club - YES Nurx - Pass!!

I signed up for The Pill Club a few years back and I LOVED it. I enjoyed the silly stickers and little sweet treats; it was a nice touch. I never had any issues, and the process was always very seamless.

Then they switched to Nurx and the issues started. Half of my prescriptions show up crushed in their thin cheaper packaging, sometimes they show up late meaning that I miss doses and there is very little communication about costs, fees, etc.
I have been a member for almost 2 years now, I have $0 in costs for my BC but all of a sudden they couldn't process my order without an "estimated cost" temporary authorization on my card. I have my accounts set up a certain way so I sent a message online to ask what the amount would be so that I could transfer money as I was not expecting this. I spoke to 2 different people over 2 days and neither of them would give me a straight answer, just continued to explain that its only temporary. I understand that but I need to know how much money is going to be held as I budget my money. I called today and sat on hold for 15 minutes to be told that it is $45 and they started these temporary authorizations last year and I must have just slipped through the cracks.
When logging into my account, all it tells me is what my prescription is, the status of their process and that any copays would be charged to my card on file but nowhere does it tell you what that cost would/could be. I don't find out until after the fact; they send me a text telling me my prescription is on the way at no cost to me but I have no way of knowing that until they have already processed it. There should be a cost breakdown listed on your account; prescription cost, insurance covered cost, and finally your out-of-pocket costs.
Currently, waiting on a call from my actual Dr for a new prescription. I will deal with going into the office and stopping at the pharmacy over the "convenience" of nurx.

Went throughout the whole 40 minute…

Went throughout the whole 40 minute process to get approved for birth control adding my photo ID my insurance and everything when they said they accepted my insurance at 0 cost but I did get charged 18 dollars for the evaluation just to be informed they don't except government insurance. Then why say they do on the questionnaire and website. I am getting a refund but it is highly inconvenient as to the fact I work from morning to night snd it is hard to get into an office to be seen. They should disclose this on the first forum of the website.

Fraudulent Shipping

I ordered a 90-day supply of birth control and a single emergency contraception pill. The emergency pill was delivered on 5/12 but I never received the birth control pills. Both packages were shown having the same tracking number. When I reached out to Nurx, they said to check with neighbors and see if they have it but because it was a 90-day supply, I would have to pay out of pocket to replace it. I asked if they could verify if it was two separate packages or sent as one. The response I received was after 10 days, the don't deal with delivery issues. Package delivered on 5/12 and my inquiry was 5/22. I verified with my local post office that only one package - the one I received - came through their office and that if two packages were sent with the same tracking number, one would have been sent back for fraud. Terrible customer service.

My Primary care was backed up a few…

My Primary care was backed up a few weeks so I decided to order Cold Sore medicine from Nurx. 5 days and still no response. Signed up with a different service and got meds shipped same day! On a positive note when I called I was refunded and the gentleman was apoligetic that they are "quite behind getting to patients"

Nurx outsources their "doctors" to eastern Europe where healthcare is dirt cheap. That's fine for a soft p but a "psychiatrist" like Gabriella Farkas is lethal. She's a true narcissist who has no concern for anyone but herself and has numerous accusations of patient abandonment and privacy violations. For goodness sakes find good, legitimate healthcare

Shady and tricky business practices

They made it seem like they were waiting on me to proceed with the prescription for Tretinoin (since I had sent a message saying I wanted to cancel as soon as I got a charge for $90 and not $30) and after some back and forth with them, they say they cannot cancel because it has already been made, even though I messaged within hours of placing the order (& as if it's not a general product on their site that they can still give to another customer who orders the same exact thing. Tricking people into buying a 3 month supply is disgraceful and I won't be using the company due to these shady practices. If they are not even going to have the option for a strict one month supply, they shouldn't market their products' price as such.

I should have read these reviews prior…

I should have read these reviews prior to using them. They will try and trick you into a 3 month supply (apparently the only thing they offer for topicals). They make it seem like you can just do one for $30/month and then they'll just charge your card for $90.
I'm still waiting for my refund and will be opening a case with the BBB if I don't receive it.

Slowest service I have ever seen

You would think doing business with an online pharmacy is fast and convenient. This is more like doing business with a pharmacy that is 2000 miles away, and you communicate via mailed letters. You submit a request, 6 days letter they answer with a stupid question, you respond, 3 days later they respond with another stupid question, takes weeks to have what should be a 15 minute conversation.

What a waste of time and money. Something that would've taken 48 hours elsewhere took like 2+ weeks. It was also much more expensive than other similar services. I wish I'd read the reviews first.
