I recently had an issue verifying my email with Novonode – something I had encountered a couple of times before. After reaching out in the support Discord, I was quickly acknowledged by the team, and Raymond from support stepped in to help.

He was professional, friendly, and super helpful in walking me through the issue. Even though the verification email was being sent, the link wouldn't work properly. Ray asked the right questions and made sure I understood there were no harsh consequences for the error, but also emphasized the importance of verifying for security.

Eventually, I found that changing my IP solved the problem – and Ray was right there with a “Glad it worked!” and a great attitude. You can tell Novonode cares about their clients, and Ray in particular made the experience smooth and stress-free.

Well im not going to bash a company i barely got to know. Sadly my purchase was kind of a impulsive decision because i was mad at my current provider but now ive been offered a position which is going to make me travel for 3 months so i wont be around to work on it.
