This is a great product. I feel I have been able to put off knee replacement because of the treatment on my knee. The company itself is so easy to deal with - they get back to you immediately and have a solution that will satisfy you. Highly recommend.

Disappointing Business Practices

My business partner and I offer a wide variety of premium, natural wellness therapy sessions - including treatments for targeted pain relief. After quite a bit of research, we were thrilled to discover Novaalab for high-quality, red light therapy products. Unfortunately, the buying experience has fallen short of the their stellar recommendations, as we did not receive all the items purchased in our initial order. After reaching out to Novaalab online, submitting photos of the delivered products (online and through email), and then waiting for Novaalab to "escalate this issue to our team for a thorough investigation", we were able to receive the remaining part of our order eight days after the initial delivery date. In this time, we were required to reschedule several client appointments, with the explanation that we were still awaiting the delivery of products that had already been purchased. After requesting some form of courtesy credit / compensation for the inconvenience, the end result was Novaalab's offering a $10 credit (on a $4k+ order) or an 11% discount on a future purchase. This is even more egregious now, as with this current July 4th promotion, we would have qualified for several free products. We do not feel like either of the offered adjustments take full accountability for the inconvenience caused by Novaalab's oversight, and are considering returning the products, due to the overall offense of this general business practice. Although we did purchase the shipping insurance and extended warranties, in light of how this situation has been handled, this definitely seems like unnecessary, inflationary costs, used to ultimately benefit the pockets of Novaalab. Hopefully the use of the products will provide a more positive experience than that of our purchasing. I will keep you all updated...and in the meantime, caveat emptor.

TIME SAVER PURCHASE!

I used the regular size red light pad, but found that it helped in so many areas of my body, that I had to rotate areas because I didn't have enough free time to do everywhere, so I bought the full sized body pod. I love it. The ordering process was simple, and I had the pod in two days. I'm now able to treat my entire body in just twenty minutes (better than almost four hours) and feel better than I have in years.
