I wish I had read the reviews first

I ordered a dog bed on 14th June 2023, it did not arrive; I contacted them and they said it had been dispatched and tracking details would follow. No tracking details followed. Chasing them more they agreed to issue a refund and later even claimed that they had issued the refund - no refund arrived to date (I'm posting this review in Dec 23). I got sucked in by the glossy website and did not read the reviews first. As everyone else has said: DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

The dog house is now closed

Ordered two products at the beginning of October, money was taken from my account and they still haven’t arrived despite several emails to them.
The website is now down so I doubt I’ll get my money back.

My item was never received

My item was never received. Order placed on 23/08/23. Chased a number of times, was told it was dispatched. Last chase was told I’d get a refund, this was on 11/10/23. Nothing received!!

No longer in business?

I have successfully used this company before but my latest order in October 2023 has still not arrived and no reply to my emails. I guess it is no longer in business and I will be contacting my credit card company for a refund.

DO NOT USE! Very much in the dog house. Ordered a dog bed in October. Never delivered. All messages ignored. Raised a dispute on my credit card and miraculously they’ve told the credit card company that they will now refund my payment.

DO NOT USE

DO NOT USE! I placed an order totalling just over £36 in October. Received an initial confirmation email, then nothing. No response to my emails and then the website was permanently down for 'maintenance'. Thankfully, I have just got the money back through my bank. I feel very sorry for those that have lost out financially. Absolutely the last time I order from a company that isn't a recognised name. Wish I'd read these reviews first!

Took the money quick enough- no goods, no response and obviously no conscience.

Good not received, refund not received.

Not good at all. Ordered food 1st Sept and it didn't turn up. They told me it was on it's way and tracking details would be provided - goods and tracking details never received. I requested a refund and it was confirmed as complete...more than once but I never received it. Seems like a company on its knees and unable to cope.... or they are doing well on the back of taking money for goods never provided. I'll be taking this further.
