I've been using this company for several years and yesterday I got letter from ACRISURE saying Northwest Insurance is selling my info in their PARTNER program. NOT OK WITH ME!!!

Valued Customer

I've been a customer for years and purchased more than one type of policy. The only fault I've ever had is phone communication. Can't get them on the phone or a timely callback.

Fast, Easy, and the best deal around!

I purchased a policy through Northwest's Instant Quote option - it was fast, easy, and the best deal I found. I also placed my home with them too. I saved money on both my home and auto and my agent makes sure I have the best deal each renewal. Thank you, Magda and the rest of the Northwest Team!

I like them and the insurance helps me a lot, but I always have problems with payments for the services used. I have to call them and spend hours on the phone to resolve issues.

workers don’t listen to customers

they gave me the wrong quote and after they gave me the wrong quote they would not send me my insurance paperwork than they held me on the phone to discuss why the mistake was made in a aggressive tone i ask to be redirected to the company i purchased my insurance from but instead they wanted to discuss matters that frankly was already handle so i do not know the reason for this situation.

I been paying my insurance on time…

I been paying my insurance on time every month but when it’s time to do my renewal my amount go up instead of down I feel y’all should have some kind of perks or discounts for being loyal

Hi Veronica, unfortunately we have no control over the cost of insurance. We do have over 60 different carriers, so we always shop to make sure you are getting the best deal, however sorry we could not get you something better.

Over 13 years

I have been with your company for over 13 years. Margaret was first my agent for many years and then I’m assuming got sick and didn’t return since then. I’ve had Leslie and I absolutely love her. She’s always accurate on time returns. My text helps me out in anyway that she can I refer your company to anybody and everybody I know keep up the good work and most of all give Leslie a raise.
