I had a great experience with them. I use them for business banking for one of my businesses. They are very responsive and helpful. I feel like my money is very secure seeing as all the hoops I had to jump through to get my account. So I feel like they don't just take anyone. But so far so good. Definitely recommend them if you're looking for an online banking experience

Worst bank ever
Worst bank ever. App is crap , banking service is worst nightmare . Besides they hold your money after receive transfers .

At the time of closure your Account balance was at $0.00, and any transfers received after closure are automatically reversed back to the sender.

I decided to use this bank for business…
I decided to use this bag for business purposes. I have some authorized charges on my account that I decided to dispute. I was informed by one bank that they do not issue a provisional credit according to FDIC and federal law, they let me know that they will not credit my account for the amount that’s been taken illegally, which lets me know that they don’t protect our customer. I would not advise anyone use this bank. They cannot follow fdic rules and guidelines to a T. They are not here to help

Regulations surrounding providing provisional credit for disputes only cover consumer bank accounts and not business bank accounts; North One of course only offers business banking Accounts and therefore does not provide provisional credit when a dispute is filed.
