Steve walked us through each fireplace we were considering and at no time lost patience with us. And we purchased a larger fire place then we were going to get. The price was much better then anything we could get locally. Thanks Steve my wife has been on my butt for over two years. She is happy now.

Customer service is awesome

After working for a couple days with no progress we gave north country a call, and Dean Allen (our tech support) answered all my questions and helped us get the fireplace going the next day.

Apparently there is supposed to be a…

Apparently there is supposed to be a connection between the insert and the chimney liner but the connector shown in the manual is not what you receive in the kit. With help from the company the project was assembled as required thank you.
