My son has been struggling with acne for the past year and a half tried so many products and I noticed these products were helping his skin get better. My son is happy with the product as well. It really does work i highly recommend these products.

Its working!

acne rosacea
I have acne rosacea on my face and upper back. I’ve been using norse for 5 weeks now. I can see big improvement. The redness is partially gone and in overall the condition of my skin looks better. However, i think i will need to use it for a few more weeks.

Works great!!!
My son is autistic so I have been in charge of trying to get rid of his acne since he was about 12 and he’s now 18. I have tried so many different products and medicines only to get a little clearer and the it going back to bad again.
So far it’s been a month and his face is clearer than it’s ever been and the redness from old acne scars are fading.
I think he will always get acne because he touches his face with dirty hands a lot but I can not believe the improvement in just a month.
He also likes when it’s time to apply I think the other medications were harsh on his skin and he likes that this one is more soothing.

Product didn't work for my son but the company was awesome to deal with
The product didn't work for my son. When I went online to cancel his subscription I realized that if you don't get a couple shipments of it, they charge you for those shipments even if you cancel early. I emailed the company and told them that it didn't do anything for my kid at all so do I really need to pay the extra money get more of the product just to turn around and return it and get a refund? It seemed like a waste of time to me. The person I spoke to totally agreed and said don't worry about it, canceled my subscription and I wasn't charged any extra money. Very very good company to deal with. Very simple process.

Exceptional Customer Service!
Unfortunately, my son did not find success with the product. However, our customer service was exceptional! A shout out to Sharon who helped us from the beginning of our Norse Organics experience, all the way through our refund. I wish the products would have worked, because I would love to support them. If my other son ever needs acne help, I’ll definitely try it for him as well!

Don’t listen to paid ads
I had high hopes for Norse Organics, but unfortunately, it didn’t work for my acne at all. Not only did I see no improvement, but my skin actually got worse after using it. I experienced more breakouts and irritation. Definitely not the right product for acne-prone skin in my experience.

Not worked after a month
My daughter looked better in the first 5 days. But over a month later I can confirm the spots have come back. They did this anyway, with normal skin care. Very upset it hasn’t worked. Going to pursue Norse for my money back.

It is not 100% satisfaction guaranteed
My son did not like this product. The company has the 100% satisfaction guarantee. He had to use it for 60days to be considered for a refund. After the 60 days, I filled out the form, submitted it in May. It is now July and I have not heard back from the company.
