Scammers who hide behind technology so they don't have to provide good customer service. Almost anyone else is better than these people. The VPN frequently locks up, freezes or just drops the connection and doesn't re-establish. Terrible!! Trying to reach them is a nightmare! They should be forced to shut down or stop scamming people with bad rates and renewal problems.

What made my experience memorable is the agent's willingness to help me resolve the issue despite my reluctance to say so. She displayed excellent customer service by educating me about how things work because I'm not a tech-savvy person and she make sure that I understand every procedure. I was having a poor connection and she displayed excellent troubleshooting skills. She's quite thoughtful and engaging. A customer-centric I would say.
