Order missing, no tracking number, inexistent customer service.
I've purchased a combo of HSV-1 and HSV-2 tests back on the 4th of this month. I've received the shipping notification the next day but without any tracking number.
After almost 30 days and two different emails to their customer service requesting a tracking number to follow the order and stating that it hadn't arrived within the expected time-frame (one on the 13th and another on the 16th), not a single reply from the company and no items in my mailbox either.
I wish I had read the reviews here first. I understand that they seem to be swamped with orders and cannot keep track of all of them, but it's absurd that I need to come here and make a public review/complaint in order for them to pay attention to my request, if that will ever be granted.
I've paid with paypal luckly, so I'm going to try toproceed to a payment dispute if they don't acknowledge this review and try to fix their mess.
TLDR: do not recommend.
