Order missing, no tracking number, inexistent customer service.

I've purchased a combo of HSV-1 and HSV-2 tests back on the 4th of this month. I've received the shipping notification the next day but without any tracking number.

After almost 30 days and two different emails to their customer service requesting a tracking number to follow the order and stating that it hadn't arrived within the expected time-frame (one on the 13th and another on the 16th), not a single reply from the company and no items in my mailbox either.

I wish I had read the reviews here first. I understand that they seem to be swamped with orders and cannot keep track of all of them, but it's absurd that I need to come here and make a public review/complaint in order for them to pay attention to my request, if that will ever be granted.

I've paid with paypal luckly, so I'm going to try toproceed to a payment dispute if they don't acknowledge this review and try to fix their mess.

TLDR: do not recommend.

Deliver never arrived

I have been waiting for the delivery #026137 since a month already. I received a email back from Nordic Test on February 20th saying that they will send it again and that now they had the knowledge about the wrong address but that now they had the correct address but I hasn’t received neither the package and neither more info about it. I already did the test at the hospital bc doing the test was an urgent matter so I want my 20€ back, thanks.

No package and no response

I made an order for a pack that I was looking forward to. I made that order 24th of February, we are now in 19th March and I still have nothing. I've sent many emails and I get no response. I thought it would be a professional and quick matter but it ended up just being useless. Still waiting for a response.

I am absolutely flabbergasted how this…

I am absolutely flabbergasted how this company is allowed to trade. I brought 3 test kits 1 for me 1 for my partner and 1 spare just in case.
There was no instructions but we got them of the website.
We did it correct and enough blood in both holes. NOTHING. Absolute fake test kit.
Honest to god I don't know how a company is allowed to mess with people's livelihoods like this.
How are they allowed to trade I don't know.
I will report them somehow, I never leave reviews but wow, to earn money from tricking vulnerable scared people. Shameful. Absolutely shameful.

Why didn't you contact us when it didn't work?
How do you know you had enough blood?
We sell approximately 200 orders a day, Sometimes things go wrong, too little blood for example.
Then you solve it by sending out new tests. Of course, our tests work, as hundreds of customers use them every day.

I wish i’d read the reviews before…

I wish i’d read the reviews before purchasing, clearly a scam company. I placed an order on 01/01/2025 and got an email on 02/01/2025 to say the order had been dispatched. No further communication. I have now sent 2 messages via their website and had nothing back. For those lucky enough to get their test, the instructions are actually on a link in the email they send you. I’m now going to contact my card issuer to try & get a refund.

Edit: An email was sent to me yesterday, it was in my junk folder. Apologies, however still poor service. I have requested they do post another so will update the review if i do actually receive the test.

We also explained that we send incredibly large quantities of packages every day and unfortunately some do not arrive as they should. But then we will of course solve it.

I think I have been scammed also

I made an order on the 19th of December and I was told the order is arriving on 20th. I received my order receipt and it's says it's should be delivered on 20th.
Today is 21st already and there is no trace of the test kit. My order number is #022839
I am just reading so many bad reviews of your company online now. My God, hope I haven't been scammed.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY PRODUCTS WHAT SO EVER THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!

Where do I even start…. The customer service is about the worst I’ve ever experienced, Initially had a reply and they ignored the 11 emails after the initial contact was made. Your company has been entrusted to help people in there time of need, to provide a service that is discreet and that takes away the embarrassment of needing to use a test in which you were “suppose” to provide after payment. You are by far the worst company I have ever dealt with and by far the worse I hope to come across ever again. You should be ashamed to out your name to a product to help people get answers and then not deliver the product or the customer service. I gave you more than enough chances from the 20/11/24 when the item was ordered until 4/12/24 to give me answers on where my item was and to give me a refund for a product that was never received and the worst thing about it is that this isn’t the first time by looking into reviews about your company that this is actually quite common.

Disenchanted

Horrible experience

Horrible experience! Feels like a scam. Nobody responds. I've sent three inquiries through the website and three emails to change the delivery address. Numerous calls have gone unanswered. It's as if they don't exist. Do not order!

Scam company

Waited weeks for my order, no reply via email. Order arrived, no instructions comes with test. Had to use website for instructions to take test, it says wait for a set period of time for result - there was no result on the test, nothing. It was a fake testing kit. It was a complete waste of time and money.

FRAUD/SCAM

SCAM. More than 15 days waiting for my purchase and no one even answers my mails. Furthermore, I've just read another person's review who says he never got his tests... Don't waste your money here.

Products didn’t arrive, non-responsive, refund issued

Updated review:

After my products were returned to them (undelivered) the company contacted me and refunded my money. In total this process took 5 ½ weeks. I would have changed it to a 4 star review but they were not responsive to my earlier enquiries. I am satisfied with the resolution.

Former review:

I have had the same problem as others. Ordered online and have been in touch four times with no response (only the first time when I asked to update the delivery address as there was an error). Ordered on Nov 2 and 3 weeks later the products have not arrived, with no way to track them.

Have asked for updates and now a refund. No reply from customer care and I cannot reach them by phone either. Disappointing.
