Horrible customer service

Horrible service. I am trying to get cancel my subscription for 3 months. I have first wrote an E-mail and got answer about if I want to do it by mail or phone? I answerd but I did never got an response. I have been calling and writing e-mails, left Messages via the support portal on the website. Mean while they writing the money of my bank account. I want my money back! And get my subscription canceled. Do not buy Here!

I got these and used them everyday

I got these and used them everyday. But they only held up for maybe 5 months then they lost their gripping power. All i get is the sound of the motor running and thats all. While they lasted they were great!. I think they should make them to last longer.

Helping the neuropathy on my foot

The leg massager with its heat and vibration have so far slightly helped my neuropathy on my foot. I will continue to use to see if it will clear the neuropathy. I have stepped up the vibration to try.

Original post: Please be careful before starting a subscription with nooro. I have been trying to finalize my subscription for over a week now, not been able to log in (even though I used all correct details). All my e-mails to customer service and other channals are either answered by a AI bot, or not replied at all. Still do not know how to reach nooro and solve this. I will now seek legal aid through my bank. This was surely not what I expected.

Hand massager Stopped working within 6…

Nooro hand massager. Stopped working within 6 months. Charged for one hour, 2,3 or 4 hours and never held charge. Pressed on and light flashed for a second then turned off. Only 90 day warranty for an almost $200 hand massager. Disappointed it broke as the hand massager because it gave me relief.
Waited over a week after completing information requested for follow up.
Highly disappointed with this company that I would have had to purchase a warranty to cover beyond 90 days.

They don't work

I brought 3 Nooro massage kits, none of them worked and when I reported a fault I was emailed back telling me how to turn them on, that wasn't the problem.

AI Scam

No customer service, no toll free phone, NO RESPONSE TO EMAILS!
I have repeatedly emailed to cancel and get a refund and have never received any response from this company.
I think this company is nothing more than a AI Scam so beware!

Impossible to cancel

UPDATE: Nooro's customer service reached out within 24 hours after I expressed my frustration about their cancelation procedure. Not only did they cancel my subscription the same day, they also refunded my charges from the previous month when I had first requested the account to be closed. I was quite impressed with how quickly and politely they followed up.

I have been trying for 2 months to cancel my subscription and am still being charged. Their cancellation procedure is VERY misleading and confusing makes it IMPOSSIBLE to contact a real person. BUYER BEWARE.

If I could zero I would

If I could zero I would. I cancelled my subscription because it wasn’t for me, and deleted my account and they still took two payments. I called to query them and was assured a month ago that they would pass on my requests. Now they won’t answer my requests. If you call their number and asks to speak to someone the bot say thank you for calling today and hangs up. Scam

Charged multiple months never recieved service- refund refused

I subscribed to a dietary plan while being unaware that they would continue to charge me for this plan. I never recieved the product or access to the product I purchased and later I noticed that they were charging me every month for an ongoing subscription. I requested a refund and was told they could only refund the current charge and eventually agreed to refund 50% of what I had previously paid. I feel like this company if a total scam. Buyer be ware.

WARNING TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

WARNING! This company has ZERO customer support. They advertise products that do not look like what you receive. I ordered a product named EMS Foot Massager 2.0, and received the product EMS Foot Massager. The one I ordered was of a different style containing acupuncture type rubber spots and of a price double that of the original EMS Foot Massager. I cannot get anyone there to take a return, it's all supported by an "AI Assistant" both via Email and Phone. Therefore, you cannot reach a real person for support.
