The billing department is the worst I have ever experienced in almost 40 years in this business. The way they decide to distribute payments to various invoices is beyond comprehension. After multiple days of emails and live chats(when they respond at all) to get my account figured out has led to no results. They are now threatening to turn our account over to collections, we have credits not posted and payments not posted but this is somehow my fault?? I DO NOT recommend using Nivoda, the cheap prices are not worth my time wasted to figure out their awful billing system.
