A brand this renowned that counts its pennies... is that petty?

I finally got the answer from sales.
To make a gesture, yes, at $850, is that a big gesture?
Especially since I only inflated the rear tire and it burst... a minor incident that shouldn't have damaged the frame! So, gentlemen owners of the NINER MRC RDO... if the same misfortune happened to you as it did to me, expect a similar non-commercial solution.

Pour faire un geste, ça oui à 850 USD, c’est un cher geste ?
Surtout que je n’ai que gonflé le pneu arrière et il a éclaté … in incident bénin qui n’aurait pas dû endommager le cadre ! Donc messieurs les possesseurs du NINER MRC RDO … si ils vous arrivaient la même mésaventure qu’à moi . Attendez vous à pareille solution non commerciale

I purchased the Niner MCR a while back, and I can't say enough great things about it. This bike is nothing short of amazing. The ride is smooth and effortless—like floating on a cloud over gravel.
