I love your product, however your stone bracelets with the clasp that requires an under snap.. tennis bracelets, needs to be redesigned. I have had to put a magnet closure. Two of my bracelets where continuously falling off.
Also I would love to have clip earring selection
But other wise your product is great

I ordered a necklace for my son's wedding. I got notification 10 days ago that it had shipped. However, it is stuck in transit in China. I messaged the company to see what was wrong and I have not heard anything back from them. Not sure if I will even get the necklace in time.

I made a mistake buying a bracelet very small I asked for a change, and they send me one of the same size, I asked again for the exchange and they answer immediately, giving me a second bracelet for much of less money, they were kind all the time, and the jewelers is so beautiful. Ordered 2 necklaces for my grand children, as they like to play" dress up"
they liked to boxes they were shipped in, but after trying them on they complained about the inflexibility and scratching them.
Overall they still wear them for play "dress up",
but as they grow older, (they are now 8 and 10). I will purchase something not so cheaply made! Can't imagine how an adult could possibly wear these necklaces, as they do not hang properly even on children! Will look for other stores that sell better quality "costume jewelry' for young people!

Never buy from these fakes. Everything went wrong. First, I never received an order number confirming my items after I purchased two items: yellow sapphire earrings and a peridot necklace earring set. Second, the box arrives busted. The items were not damaged but there was no cert of authenticity as advertised. They looked cheap. The earring backings were far too short and the earrings too heavy for my ears. Third, their website clearly states "a 30 day return policy. Customer pays shipping." Nextnecklace is not honoring its promise to the customer, currently. They are two bit fraudsters. Run. I am filing a complaint with the BBB and with my bank.

My one complaint is it takes an extraordinary amount of time to receive the order. Make sure to order well in advance. Other than that, the quality of their product are well worth the price. I made a mistake on my first order by double ordering. They caught the error at the same time as I did, They corrected it and notified me. I have nothing but good to say about them.
