Dear Darrell,
Sorry for the inconvenience. We replied to your email saying the USPS tracking number. It says the package is delivered to your front porch. You haven't replied after that. We thought you received it. We are sending one more package today itself. You should have replied to our email.. saying if it is still not received. We are working on it on priority right now. We are checking with USPS carrier also to understand what went wrong.
We sent another package and it is delivered on Jan 12th through UPS.

it was out of stock when i ordered it...i noticed days later that they are still advertising the item that is out of stock...why is that? i wonder how long they hold the money for before it is actually back in my account...obviously, customer service/satisfaction isnt their goal.

It was a mistake on inventory checking and we already refunded the money on the same day of order cancellation. But it will take a few business days according to customer's bank and payment gateways and it is not a delay from our side. Usually it takes 7-10 business days for reflect it on customer's bank statement. You can always contact us if it takes longer. We removed the item from our website on the same day of order cancellation. But some how google ad it was not reflecting immediately. Usually it takes some to reflect it there. But another order will not go through even some one clicks the ad because it is already removed from the website. We value our customer and their feedback. We will definitely try to make sure this never happens again because we know it causes inconvenience to the customer. We again apologize for the inconvenience caused.
