Bought the Nexersys N3 Elite and really like the idea behind it. Unfortunately, it doesn´t work as advertised. :-( There seem to be multiple software as well as hardware issues. For example, one pad does not respond at all anymore (after just a couple of months with very rare use). I contacted customer service, which first had difficulties to understand the very basic nature of the problem and then took weeks to respond (only responded after a couple of inquiries). Then they promised to send me replacement parts on the (22. of November). However, since then I got no response anymore. Feeling ghosted. :-( Update1: The replacement part arrived. Thx for that! :-) Unfortunately, the package did not contain any instructions on how to install the part. Since I´m not an electrician or something similar, I´m still stuck. :-( Update2: Still waiting for a response from customer service. In the meanwhile system performance is deteriorating further. The display shows pixel stress from all the shaking due to strikes and less and less strikes are detected correctly (currently about 20% detection rate). And this doesn´t even mention all the software bugs. Feeling like a beta tester without any support in the back. :-( Too bad... since I still love the general idea. Upate3: Finally got a response with very clear instructions. Thx for that! :-) Unfortunately, I´m pretty busy right now, so it will take some weeks for the next update.
