I recently purchased an EPSON R320…
I recently purchased an EPSON R320 Photo Printer from New Town Spares. This printer is no longer being manufactured but it is an outstanding photo printer -and- it prints directly on CD/DVDs. That is why I have three of them! Two out-of-three are over 12 years old and the print head has failed. Thus my search for a replacement. I was stunned that New Town Spares had NEW ones in stock are a very reasonable price! I think this was an outstanding buy at an excellent price. Could not be happier!
I will be telling all my friends about you and will look on your website first for any future needs. The people at New Town were so easy and friendly to work with. My experience was excellent. Thanks for a job well done!

Purchase and refund experience
I found a motherboard that is very rare in stock right now and ordered it that evening to start being processed the next day. That night something came up and I no longer needed it, so in the morning I messaged their homepage chat and after that, I had to send an email to the company. Within 1-2hrs of me emailing the company about my experience, they immediately jumped on it and addressed what came up in chat and got my order canceled/refund processed in under 24hrs total. I tip my hat to this company because it is rare to see a company put this much passion and energy into making sure EVERY customer is satisfied, even if the end result is a refund due to canceling an order. 10/10 will be using this company in the future if im in need of a part and they have it available.

The product did not last a day before it stopped working. Granted it was used but something was wrong with it. Bought another off Ebay for $20, got it in two days and its been working perfectly.

New Town Inc Bait and Switch
New Town Inc listed a part for X$ with no indication that the part was used. Was then informed that a new part would be $130 more. Classic bait and switch with no inclination to sell me a new part for the originally listed price.

My complaint was that the part listing itself did not state that the part was refurbished. I only found this out when I contacted customer service to inquire about lead time for the part. If I had not contacted customer service, I would not have known that the part was refurbished. If you are as concerned about transparency as you claim, then you would clearly state in the part listing whether it is new or refurbished. You did not do that.
