The loan officer, Nigel Strickland, provided a short, but realistic timeframe, for processing and closing the loan, much shorter than other loan companies, and the loan closed on time. The processing was smooth, on-line, and easy to accomplish. The loan terms were very reasonable. Excellent service!

All I had to do was find paperwork and send it to you. Then you sent me a stack of paperwork and I had to fill that out. Nice young lady came and brought a humongous stack of paperwork and I signed all of those papers and it was just a very enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend this to anyone thank you.

From Anxious to Comfortable
I’m a disabled veteran with service connected disabilities and I can become quite anxious on huge financial decisions. Buying a house is a huge financial decision especially when retiring due to health. I reached out and was contacted by Destinee Stice. We looked at my credit report and she gave me a priority list of what to address immediately, and we got it done. She was constantly in communication check on me and my progress and what the next step would be. I went from being anxious to comfortable and confident and we got it done. Destinee is not only knowledgeable but also personable which makes a huge difference. I don’t like being asked to give reviews, but with this experience I asked them if I could. I got the house I wanted, within the time frame I needed, and I am extremely happy and satisfied with the service and information I received.
