Use to love it here

Use to love it here. But parked for 2 days and 1 hour for $75 as a LTP member. Crazy. Have parked for more days for less here in the last year. No idea what happened. And staff has become less welcoming and responsive. Will likely start going elsewhere unfortunately.

My go to for years

My go to for years. I travel by myself often and I feel very safe. The shuttle is there really quickly. At drop off, it’s usually waiting for me as soon as I park. I have tried other lots and will never go back. The drivers are very friendly.

So easy to use

So easy to use. Once I picked my parking spot, it took less than ten minutes to be picked up and reach my terminal. Everyone was so nice and helpful. When I got back to Newark, I was picked up almost immediately and back at my car in less than ten minutes. I will definitely use their service again when I travel. Just be aware that everything is computerized which means you are in and out without even having to get out of your car. The fact that you pick your own spot and self park means that there is less worry about damage. The lot is totally secure and there is security in a vehicle at the entrance.

Value for dollar. Secure, monitored lot. Upon arrival to parking lot, we were taken immediately to airport. Upon return the van was waiting for us. Highly recommended!!

Expensive

The name suggests that it is the official airport long-term parking--as we thought it was. We were shocked by the size of the bill, and was told that in order to have a reduced rate, we needed to make reservations (since it is a private business). The ticket agent was very nice.

Sorry for your confusion. This has been our LEGAL company name for years, The airport does NOT have Long Term Parking. They have ECONOMY Parking. As for pricing and reservations, its the same in the airport. Drive ib without a reservation, pay $60 to $70 a day. We charged you 1/2 of that. Can you get best rate on a plane without a res? Rent a car? Get a best rate on a hotel room? Same thing for parking.
