I worked with mark and he was amazing from the begging! He got me a rate and a pick up date almost right away and fulfilled both! He was great communicating through the process, the driver never annswer but he got in touch with the dispatcher, keep me updated and made sure that I was taken care of on time. I really appreciate him and would definitely use them again

I requested a quote from this company almost 2 years ago and decided not to use their services. Yet even until today, I STILL receive texts asking if I'm still looking for their services. I respond STOP to each one, get an automatic confirmation, and then still proceed to get more texts in the future. This is illegal by the way.

If this company can't be trusted to follow simple text messaging laws, I sure as hell would not trust them with my car.

They give you a cheap quote but it’s never the exact price it’s an estimate. Real price is once they book a driver. I went through with them to ship my car from mi to Las Vegas price was 1100 and they told me 4 days however it’s been getting pushed back everyday it’s been a week now still no car and communication is not that great and don’t want to drop price for being late not fair at all

Once this company has your information, they don't stop trying for your business. October of 2024 I requested they stop contacting me. I have the receipt of the request. February 6th 2025 they are contacting from different numbers. They will harass you forever.

The quote changed from initial $400 to $500. The delivery date changed from 15th to 17th.
DO NOT TRUST THESE FAKE REVIEWS.
Impossible to reach driver or the company.
I would highly suggest another company for any of your needs.

very unprofessional broker !!!! all the time this broker posted load with out contract!!!all the time ask some discount (like$200). all the time has some problem!! very bad , very scammer broker!!!

DO NOT TALK WITH JULIA SHE'S MENTALLY ILL. AND ACTS OVERLY NICE.. Do NOT use this company.. She promised my 2 vehicles would be picked up on a certain day 10 days in advance. We communicated daily and reassured me they would be picked up on that day.. 2 days before the pickup day Nobody got in touch with me at all and nobody ever showed up!!. She never apologized and ever got back with me.. I lost so much money planning around this that never happened because I had to make other travel arrangements. She should be totally ashamed of herself.

The company is dishonest and untrustworthy and do not care about the customer. They agreed with me on one price but advertised to drivers board very late (the day before my car pick up) with a much higher price $750 more! I was depending on them and they told me about this increase in shipping cost the day before my pickup. They are extremely unprofessional and does not listen to the customer's needs.
