I ordered my watch may 14th never received my item. The customer service rep said she offered a refund but I declined. All I wanted was the item they charged me for. Its now July 4th and still no item so I had my cc company dispute the charge. This was the most unusual experience I have been through, feels very SCAMISH!! Customer service kept blaming the postal service she sent a picture of my watch next to my address but yet the watch hasn't made it to me. Very weird I will never buy from this company . TRASH!!

Do not honor their 1-yr warranty!
NeoLux Watch & Co makes defective watches and doesn’t honor their 1-year movement warranty! Mine stopped working 5 months after purchase and they ghosted me instead of replacing/refunding. Do not purchase from this shady company!

This review shows how terrible that a customer can be. We have a very transparent return/refund policy that states that you have 14 days to return for a refund, we also offer 1 year WARRANTY not a REFUND.
You used the watch for 6 months and for some reason you want your money back, you keep saying it's defective after 6 MONTHS of using and demanding a refund which is very unreasonable when you clearly know that we only offer warranty after 14 days of return/refund time.

Bad quality not worth the money
Received the watch the quality was not good. The band was not connected to the watch and it looked like that it was forced in place so there is a gap between the band and the watch. I reached out to the company several times but no luck won’t be buying anything from this company don’t trust them. Update: company asked me to remove my honest review extremely rude this is how they replied to me “ As I said, our message form system has been down so that we did not see your emails.I can bet you can’t find any watch in the market that’s close to our quality with this price. It’s $200 watch not $20,000. ” you have been warned!

Your order was delivered on April 1st, you have worn it for 2 months without any problems, then you did not take a good care of the watch then decided to request a refund and blaming it all on the watch's quality. We're happy if you requested a return within 14 days, not 2 months after using it. We also responded to your email offering bracelet change for free. There's no company willing to do this for customers. We suggest that you reconsider the review.

A Fake Seiko Watch from China Neo lux
I purchased what I thought was a genuine Seiko Mod Big Bang Rose Gold × 1, but what I received was a complete disappointment. This watch is nothing more than a cheap imitation from China.
There’s no real company behind this product—just a shady seller pushing counterfeit goods. It’s frustrating to see such blatant dishonesty in the market. Save your money and avoid this watch at all costs. You’ll regret it if you buy from this untrustworthy Neo lux watch.
I am verified and signed with the supplier. I wanted a new watch but they haven't responded to this just that they want me to remove my recent update.

These are not real seiko mods! Horrifically disrespectful customer service!!!
These are not real seiko mods! I was concerned when I saw it shipped from China. They sent me a completely different watch face with “oyster perpetual datejust” written underneath the Seiko logo in blurry print. Some googling showed Seiko doesn’t make oyster perpetual, as that is a Rolex design. I confronted the company and they claimed they had sent me the wrong watch and “mistakes happen”. I responded that I wanted a real Seiko mod, not a fake watch with maybe one real seiko component. If you look on the site under disclaimers in very fine, print it clearly states that they don’t use Seiko parts. I wish I had seen that prior to buying. I asked for a refund, which initially the company agreed to give me. UPDATE: After I posted this review, I received multiple nasty, disrespectful emails calling me a liar and telling me I needed to learn how to read. They refused to give me a refund until I changed my review. I had to dispute this charge with my credit card. Do yourself a favor and DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
2nd update in response to this company’s absurd claim that this review is fake. My order number was #3330 and you know exactly who I am. You sent me the wrong fake watch, which was the only way I realized what was happening. Nice try Neolux! They sent me so many nasty emails and threatened me for posting this review. Buyer beware.

The watch arrived and the second hand is stuck on one of the hour markers, and so is the minute hand ( stuck between two hour markers ).
Update: while the watch did not work the customer service was very fast. I was working with Gabriella and she was quick to respond to my complaints. After I sent her a short video of the issue mentioned above, she issued a full refund.
I originally gave this company and experience a 1 star review due to the watch I was excited to receive but did not work. However, after getting my refund and working with Gabriella to solve the problem quick I will update to 3 stars.

I am very happy with the watch
I am very happy with the watch. It is worth every dollar. My only reason for not giving the company a 5 was due to the shipping/ tracking was lacking. On the other hand I did email them and they did respond the next day. Which happened to be the day the watch was delivered. By the way the tracking on the website still says out for delivery.
