I have several Cars

I have several Cars, including an incredibly rare BMW Convertible that I needed a place to park in between moves/Homes while staying at AIRBNB's in between.
Incredibly reasonable price, close proximity to where I was seeking a Home, Host was Professional, Pleasant and response time to texts was lightning quick, whether I was picking up one of my vehicles or dropping one off. Safe, Secure - below the radar/didn't attract attention - NO ONE could tell from the Street the valuable vehicles parked here, NOT only mine but other's as well...Highly recommended, would definitely use this service again! I used this service for approx 3 Months

Affordable monthly parking

Parked my car for a month while I was gone to Europe. I was able to get a much better rate than anything close to the airport thanks to Neighbor. I was a little nervous since there wasn't an attendant on-site, but my car was right where I left it (whew!).

Watch out for the fine-print buried deep inside...

As a first-time user, when I submitted my request for a long-term ("several months") parking, I surely didn't expect to see a listing which, deep inside its description, mentioned that the car needs to be moved "every few days." This surely doesn't match any intuition nor my expectation as to what the long-term parking is supposed to be. I discovered this issue through a series of email exchanges with the parking space owner, but it took over 24 hours and so the "refund window" had expired. Obviously I had to cancel the reservation anyway, and at the last minute I was able to find something else, good enough. My subsequent intractions with Neighbor customer service reps were filled to the rim with platitude statements about how empathetic they were... but they wouldn't refund all of my money, no matter how detailed I made the reasons for that. So watch out for any and all fine print, when YOU make your reservations. What irks me even more is that this company has the wherewithal to monitor my behaviour online, but they can't eliminate such errors as the one I described.
