Love these guys, helpful, prompt and very efficient. Original set up was quick and easy. I've only had a couple of down times in all the months I've been with them and they get on the case and get things sorted in the shortest amount of time possible with updates on progress as it happens. Couldn't be more pleased, prices are excellent for the service they provide, it's a very professional and personal service. Can't fault them, highly recommended, keep up the good work.

I ordered a game server from them and they processed everything in minutes, server instalations and configuring was done very fast. Customer support is so fast and helpfull. I even had a chat with them on the facebook. I looked everywhere to find the cheapest server host for Arma 3 and they are much cheaper than other host companies. I really recomend them, you just can't miss this.

First of all I'd like to say If you want a server up and running fast and excellent customer support then look no further than these guys.
I have tried many other server providers out there, even the so called big ones, but none of them come close to these. I wish I knew about these last year, it would have saved me a lot of time and money.
I'd like to point out that I've got an Arma3 Exile Server and I was struggling to install some mods and configure scripts (and there was a lot), so I sent a support ticket with all the mods I wanted and they replied back within 15 minutes and told me they would have a look at them. Within a couple of hours I got a reply saying the have got them all working on there test server and sent me an invoice which was very reasonable so paid the invoice and within 15 minutes my new server with all the mods working was up and running. Honestly these guys are excellent, so if you're like me and are struggle with scripting use these guys.
Also they are a lot cheaper than other companies as well, you can't go wrong.
By the way I was so impressed with there service I got 2 more servers with them.

I have only been with this company for only two months, but they have excellent support. They have a map editor and a scripter who help you if you need it at reasonable prices. I requested a switch from desolation to altis life and that took only a matter of 10 minutes. I would recommend this company to anyone.

This is the best service/pricing out there. I'd never thought id be able to own my altis life server but their prices made it happend, They taught me everything there is too know like editing the prices etc for my arma 3 altis life! I do highly recommend you guys buy a server here

I’m so happy with them every problem I’ve had with my armed and fluffy server they have gone beyond to help me, I’ve had a couple of different servers in the past with Nitrado and gaming deluxe and not much help from them. I can recommend needaserver as the best and value for money I shall be getting another server soon #72

The whole process from start to finish is awful. From having to enter your address, phone number and then verify your phone number to even place an order.

Customer support is non existent and if you expect a reply you'll be waiting a few days. As for the live support, it feels like you're talking to a robot with bad spelling and grammar.

I've got Invoices as proof if you want to try to take down my review because every person that submits a bad review you try and take down ahahah, goodluck taking down this one.

You can make all the false accusations you want now as you have finally got the review you deserve and TrustPilot has seen you removing all your bad reviews., you are mistaking me for another customer and quite frankly people need to know the true 'company' you are...

Look at your reply from a supposed 'company' paha - you're pathetic and laughing at your owe stupidity thinking it is a fake review when it has been verified by TrustPilot staff, from the looks of some of your reviewers they are fake to and they're targeting other companies!

Needaserver LTD are hands the best server hosts I have ever been with, I currently host all of my platforms with them without any problems (except Cam breaking my map) Currently I have a Game Server, TeamSpeak server, Website, Domain and forums set up with them and no problems so far. The staff are always on hand to help and are very experienced. 10/10 would pay 30p per slot for ArmA 3 and 10p per slot for TeamSpeak 3 again.

I went for 100 slots TeamSpeak for my group had no problems with the ts. They also have a dedicated TeamSpeak developer who can come on and assist you with your ts. I would highly recommend this company.
