I ordered in december 2021 some products of them. They are not able to execute the order.They are not able to tell me what is going on. They are not able to issue a refund of the prepaid money. Nine months of waiting ....while the ordered products are still available in their online shop.

Really poor kickstarter experience, the dates have been moved several times and after all I haven't yet received the pledge. While their last promise was the shipping at the beginning of January, we are at the beginning of February and there are no changes.
