They do not have stock, their communication is terrible and you have to chase and chase for a refund for the product they failed to send you in the first place.
Honestly as bad an experience as it’s possible to give a consumer. Over a month from order being placed and paid for to a refund being actioned.
There are clearly very serious issues happening and would appear customers funds being used as cash flow.
Read through the next 20 or so reviews to see the pattern of no stock, damaged goods, trouble getting refunds etc.
I feel for the customer service team tbh.

I had high hopes when I placed my order, but unfortunately, my experience with this company has been nothing short of frustrating.
The product was not delivered on the promised date in fact, it was delayed significantly with no clear explanation. Every time I followed up, I was met with vague replies like “we’re working on it” or “it will be dispatch soon.” Weeks later, I still had no product and no real update.
Customer service was not helpful. No accountability, no transparency, and certainly no urgency to fix the issue.
This company consistently overpromises and underdelivers. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend them. If you value your time, money, or reliability, look elsewhere.

Saw some limestone panels that looked beautiful whilst planning for our bathroom renovation and saw I was in time for may 5th pre order (Spent £800) Ordered on April 30th, plenty of time as I hadn't planned for my bathroom to be fit until June 18th. Nothing turned up by mid may, but I had recieved the samples and trims I had ordered within a few days. Was told they would chase it up... Got to late may, was told it was being chased up and they were waiting for the supplier to get back to them. It got to early June and I had heard nothing until I chased it up again, they then told me they were due to be dispatched June 14th but will be high priority and should be received by the 18th. I emailed for a tracking number on the 14th to be told there is delays and they won't be dispatched until JULY 14TH. At this point I'd been waiting atleast 6 weeks. I cancelled my order, I was also given a partial refund the first time for the inconvenience, both of these had to be chased up and both times they were "stuck in the system" ...the company is a farce, I don't think they actually have the product and wait until they have enough orders before ordering them. Avoid at all costs, they're an absolute nightmare!

Check all your panels carefully
Over the past 3-4 years our company have spent a considerable amount of money with Naturewall. Our last order had panels that were very different in shade, however Naturewall refused to consider a solution as we had them for longer than 28 days. Not really a good way to treat a regular trade customer if you want an ongoing relationship. In future we will just take our business to one of the many other companies offering identical panels - most of which are cheaper as well.

Good service and replacements sent
I have had a very good service with this company. Unfortunately three out of the six of the panels I ordered turned up damaged or faulty. I contacted the company on the live chat when I noticed this. I have since been sent three replacements and the courier picked up the damaged items at the same time. There was no trouble in this being sorted, they just wanted images of the faulty panels. The only downside was how long it has taken since ordering them (24th May) but we now have all 6 and can install them. They did ask if we could work around the damaged panels however we need the full length and some of the issues were in the middle of the panel. Good customer service, and the issue was resolved. Thank you.

Defective products
Order without clear delivery time, just seems trading from other sources with uncertainty. Received products 1.5 months after placing order.
Products received damaged and in different white tone, 2 panels are strong white and other 1 is yellowish . Difficult to put them together on the same wall.
The cardboard and foam packaging are intact and strong, no sign of damages. Highly suspected the company deliver defective products to customer... shame..

2 out of 3 shower panels damaged
2 out of 3 shower panels damaged. Tried to work around 1 of them, unable to work around the other.
Called to get a replacement, out of stock, so cannot finish job.
Now need to get 3 new panels, but refused to replace panel we’ve used because we cut it to work around the damage, despite their policy being try and work around the damage.
Absolutely bizarre and a colossal waste of time.

Slatted panel not waterproof and not fit for purpose
If i could give less than 0 I would. The panels they sell are not waterproof and therefore not fit for purpose. Our slatted panel came off the wall and warped for the moisture in the bathroom (as it can be seen in pic). We have sent evidence pictures and they have not processed a refund. They kept going on about the adhesive we used even tho we have used a a solvent free and water base sealant as they suggested. Very bad customer service and poor quality. We have since bought a competitor’s panel and it is much better!

I ordered panels to use on a media wall. I needed them quickly so emailed the company to request that they processed my order quickly. They did exactly that, very responsive to messages in fast time. Product arrived and fitted. I am so happy with it, great service

Poor product. Attention to detail is not this companies forte!
I thought these panels (well the samples anyway) would look great given the samples. I was also drawn to the pieces being longer as the first floor is vaulted. How wrong could I be. The project I am working on is high end completed sections in well known magazine. I would agree with the negative reviews. Poorly made not at all precision. I have pictures to put on social media and this after opening only 1 of 5 boxes.

I spent weeks trawling through the internet trying to find the best quality acoustic wall panelling for a reasonable price as there are so many companies. I I finally settled on Naturewall and I’m so glad I did. The quality is fantastic and the customer service second to none. Delighted with my order and would highly recommend this company.

Avoid avoid shocking customer service…
Avoid avoid shocking customer service and shocking delivery! Takes weeks to get what you ordered and when you do it’s damaged request a replacement as these things happen however after waiting for over a week the replacement is also damaged! Customer services pay lip service when contacting them they never answer the phones still waiting for the faulty items to be picked up booked a date and never turned up my wall has been half completed for weeks now! Shocking company on two occasions parcel force could not deliver because it was stuck in Newport and address could not be found!! I spoke to a delivery driver because I was frustrated and he told me my wall
Slats had been in the delivery sort centre for over a week before they even attempted delivery! Parcel force are shocking yet this company still uses them avoid at all costs

The acoustic panels are easily the best quality I’ve used . The bonded slats make the cutting and installation process so much easier , no need for staplers or glue after cutting
I would have no hesitation using them again and highly recommend them .

We ordered 6 slatted panels, all 6 damaged. Arranged them to collect, 1st collection the person refused to lift because they are too heavy. 2nd collection didn’t turn up. 3rd collection they took only one box…..
Each time Naturewall expects you to wait in all day
After a lengthy phone call, they still want the other boxes back even though they are damaged so now we await the 4th attempt and another day off work
I wish I’d taken notice of all the other negative reviews. Save yourself the hassle
