SCAM

After complaining they dropped all pretense of my order being shipped. They also send emails asking me to subscribe to monthly shipments. Of course just scam me monthly

If I could have rated a zero I would. I ordered product on May 1st and it's June 2nd and have not received. I really did not know product was coming from China or I would have not proceeded.

DO NOT BUY!!

DO NOT BUY!!! Ordered in Dec2024 and did not receive. They pretend it is a rare fruit from the islands but it is another LIE since it ships from CHINA! Been in contact with Tayo on multiple emails and have demanded a refund no less than 5 times.After first refund request Tayo said I was first in line to ship out (mind you they sent me a shipping label in January that they pretend got “lost” so they were resending) It’s a scam, stay very far away, nothing but lies and knowing it’s being processed in CHINA is very very concerning since there is no way anything organic comes from there. I’ve been in contact 3x this week demanding a refund and despite it NOT SHIPPING YET they won’t refund my money. They just keep saying the same old lies…

This company is a scam!!!! I’ve been waiting for my order since November! I received an email from a Tayo of customer service saying they are truly sorry for the delay and how my order has been handed over to a local carrier for final delivery and how it will be arriving soon. Well l’m still waiting and I finally requested a refund of my money which I’m waiting on!!! Stay away from NATURESOURS!!! They will take your money and give you NOTHING!!!

No Stars if I Could

I wouldn’t even give one star to these scammers if it would allow me to write a review without one. I ordered in December and am still waiting. Tomorrow is April 1st and I haven’t heard anything nor received anything. After writing 2 emails to their customer service, someone named Tayo explained there were some customs delay…this was in January. Fast forward to now, I’ve written several more emails of which I received one response from Tayo again. Still a customs issue at the end of February. I told him that I was losing patience and that my next email would be requesting a refund. That was the first week in February. By week 3 in February I requested a refund. Since then, crickets. Well, that’s $74 down the drain. Does anyone know any other agencies to report them to besides BBB? Because that’s my next stop!

This company is a total ripp off!

This company is a total scam. It took forever to get here and then I looked closer and there are fake reviews using a different product with better ingredients. Also they hide the fact that the product is from Switzerland(probably why it took so long to get it). After I found these things out and knew I had been lied to I wanted a refund. This is when I found out it was from Switzerland as this was the address to send it back. I went to the post office to send it back and the cost was prohibitive; almost as much as the product costs. They do offer a measly 20% back and keep the product but didn't see this happen either.
As a lot of people have been saying is this product is a scam and won't do a damn thing for you. I like others will be contacting the BBB and other consumer protection agencies...

Package not received, funds lost.

I placed my order in the first week of December 2024, and now it's nearly April 2025 without receiving my package. I've sent five emails asking for a response and a refund. A person named Tayo replied, stating they can't refund me and I should wait for the third party to deliver my order. If you want to avoid losing your money, don't buy from here. No one takes responsibility or provides any solutions.

Horrible

I wish there was a option for 0 star. Buyer beware and avoid at all cost. I placed an order in December 2024 and I am still awaiting my product. I have repeatedly asked for a refund but with each reply my request has not been granted. STAY AWAY...SCAM!!

These people don't deserve any ratings…

These people don't deserve any ratings they are scammers.. they stole my money and I hope one day they get what they deserve. I was supposed to get a package since December 2024 and to this day I have not received it. I requested a refund and didn't get that either. They told me I would be sent a new package still haven't received that either and they just took my money almost $40 and nothing. I can just imagine how much $40 they have stolen so for they should be arrested they are criminals..

This company is a SCAM.

This company is an absolute scam. Any positive reviews you are seeing are fake. I’ve tested the product, and it is not at all what it is advertised to be. It is not pure, and the amounts that they advertise as being in the bottle are not the same. You will not get any benefits from using this product. I am a master herbalist, and currently have this company under investigation for fraudulent activity. Please avoid them, and spread the word. They are horrible people that try to benefit off of cancer patients, as per their social media.

Contact your bank and dispute for refund

Ordered in December 2024 but never received. When I contacted the company they refused to refund my $, stating they would send the drops right away. After another month of waiting I contacted my bank to dispute the charge. Only then did they refund me.

For those who haven't received the product, contact your bank and dispute.

Order Placed 12/12/2024 and Never Received

I placed an order in December 12, 2024 and never received my package. I contacted the company and they said everything should be good and the package would be coming. Shopify kept stating my package was in transit and eventually stopped posting. This company is a scam! Don't waist your time and money!!!

I never received my order

I never received my order. I reached out to the company and they said there was an issue with the postal service and that they would send out another order for me. I confirmed my address with them but I have yet to receive anything from this company. My original order was made back in January 2025. It is now March...and nothing. Totally disappointed.
