After about a month of use , I feel more vitality , better focus and an elevated mood . I’d rate a 5 if I could substantially notice a difference between use and my natural upkeep . I will continue to use for longer periods and see . Overall greatness , but be careful not to overload your body with too many minerals as , their supplements have most of the essential ones . Combine that with a good diet and potentially other supplements and you could be at risk . These products are great so far though . Thanks NR .

I started taking the Seamoss Gummies and the mushroom gummies and at this point, my neurologist said that my multiple sclerosis is inactive.
