I informed him about the bathroom stop as the company suggested and the driver gave me a hard time about stopping for a quick rest stop on the way there and back because it wasn't on the itinerary.. but he did stop afterall, but chose to stop at an outlet mall which gave an issue with us parking there & everyone had to walk very far to the bathrooms.. This made us very late to our destination.
And there was an actual rest stop right up the road too which would have took about 5 minutes instead.

The bus was supposed to have charging ports and there was only one up by the driver.

And the bus driver was on his phone looking down a lot.. maybe on maps, but we felt that there should have been some sort of navigation thing for him to use that was not his phone..

He did drive very safely thankfully and did check the maintenance under the hood briefly at the last rest stop, on the way home, so we were grateful for that.

The driver was pushing for us to leave a half hour before our departure time because of another job afterwards..

The front of the bus definitely needed to be cleaned too.

The price was excellent. I would choose them again but I'd make sure the bathroom stops would be in the itinerary and that the driver wouldn't be using his phone to navigate as it made passengers nervous.

We are a Preschool School and We had a fantastic experience with this company! We ordered ten buses, for a field trip to New York Aquarium and they were all in great shape, air-conditioned, and super clean. The drivers were always on time, which was a huge plus, and communicating with our sales manager, Mr. Matt Buscemi, was a breeze. I definitely recommend this company—they truly exceeded our expectations!

The bus driver was great, he took a few teachers and a bunch of apprentices to lobby for a bill in NYS. He was very accommodating and polite.
One of the teachers told me that the bus was rattling a lot on the highway.

My sale representative Jonathon was so beyond helpful and super friendly! He answered all my emails super quickly and was very patient. He was even willing to refund me when I booked the wrong bus even though it was my fault. Very happy with my service and would book a bus with this service another time!!

Joey Colon and the folks at Nationwide are angels on earth. I have been working with them for a few years for an annual field trip for my Band and Chorus students. Their pricing and service have always been excellent.

This past weekend, I faced an absolute nightmare when I realized about 13 hours before my trip that I had submitted the wrong date. I was up the creek without a paddle and in complete panic. My students had worked so hard to prepare for a competition we were to attend, and parents had paid a lot of money. It was my fault.

I spoke with Cassandra and Joey and within an hour they managed the impossible and found the buses and drivers we needed for the following morning. It was a genuine miracle. Not only did they manage it but they were kind and compassionate to me about my error. They would have had every right to tell me "sorry, there's nothing we can do" in those circumstances. When I thanked Joey, his response was "Hey, it's for the kids." What a gem. I am so grateful.

Nationwide will take care of you like they took care of my kids.

My friends and I got tickets our daughters to a concert at MetLife Stadium but we were all seated in different areas. We decided to inquire about a bus to take us so we could at least travel together. The price was excellent! Equally important was the bus being very clean with a friendly and accommodating driver. It was worth every penny.

They are the BEST! As a wedding and event planner in the area, you always hope to work with vendors who you can trust and are kind. Nationwide Bus Charter is exactly that! They arrived ahead of time, and were right on point throughout the entire wedding day! My clients guests said that they felt safe and comfortable during their rides we well! I went a field trip to D.C. with 43 people, including myself. They had the best price of the 10 or so different quotes I received.

Jonathan was super helpful in securing the bus and answering all of my questions. He was also responded very timely to my questions, via email and from phone calls. All of the fees were reasonable and fair.

Our driver, Jonah, was incredibly professional and skilled. He found parking where I didn’t even know there was. His experience was second to none.

I would definitely recommend using Nationwide as your next bus service.
