In the day and age of computers (fast or slow) why does it take up to 2 days for NNA to update their records when you take exams, buy insurance, or other things from them. It amazes me that if you take an exam and pass it, you have to wait up 2 days before it will show on your notary profile with them.

Im so happy that I joined last year

Im so happy that I joined last year! The NNA is great for all your needs. Excellent training and tons of resources. You can get E&O insurance, supplies, including free forms. I love the notary hotline! If you get stuck, you get a notary to answer any questions you may have. You always have support available which is comforting, especially if you're just starting out.

I am highly impressed with NNA

I am highly impressed. As a Notary, we have many opportunities to renew, take online training, get insurance, etc. However - this year NNA impressed me far beyond expectations. The speed, manor and care of processing my Notary renewal (which had been delayed to no fault of theirs) was so very much appreciated and noticed. Thank you, NNA
