the plants are 1/4 of the size it displays in their add. They come from China - so takes forever to get here - but it doesn't say thats the point of origin. Should have known better!

Not worth even 1 star. Definitely not as advertised. What a lie and scam don’t order. Go to the dollar store and save your money. Would need 20 to even come close to a fern.

I am very disappointed in what I received. I've tried to contact customer service but no phone number is listed. This is false advertisement. I received what supposed to be full ferns and it is not what was advertised. How do I return and get my refund. These r at walmart.

Item not received after 5 weeks!

Ordered ferns 5 weeks ago. Still have not received them. Email from customer service is from China or Taiwan. Definitely not an American product! I doubt I will ever receive them. Please don’t purchase any items from this store. I’m out $60. Save your money!!!

I ordered one plant and never received… trouble sending picture

I ordered one plant and never received it. They gave me an order number on January 30, 2025. They sent me a tracking number. I will call my credit card. Umber and let them take care of this
. One was $17.97. I have gone up against something like this before. If I see this on line again I will write a negative comment. I have copy of my order #5075

scam company selling fake plants

They have 2 names - Natavini and Feray
They advertise giant full beautiful artificial boston ferns. I purchased 4 of them. They arrived looking nothing like the photo! In fact the photo shows giant healthy plants and they sent a stick with a few sprouts on it! It is absolutely horrible and a scam!
