The big Lie of customer Satisfaction! They dont help you

On 6th of March I've ordered a hoodie (Roronoa Zoro Trendy Hoodie) from this site (actually from naruto.store but the same owners).

I received the item on 15th and we decided to return this item back but I dont get any corporation from them. It is really bad how they threat the cumstomer like this way. In their return policy:

Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:

you do not want the product you have received (but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused)

So I have the right to send this item back but they dont want to accep this. I'll make an issue of this.
