The only reason that I gave them 1 star is because there isn't an option for less stars. Don't waist your money. I purchased these a few years ago and wore them for several weeks following their instructions. After several weeks of hearing like I was in a tin can I put them away. As my hearing worsened I gave them another try. Not much better and one of them stopped working. I contacted Nano for help but their customer service is useless. I can honestly say that I wasted my money on this junk. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

You'll wait for a refund!!!!!!
Got these hearing amplifiers for my dad. They didnt work for him. Requested a refund. They send you through hoops. Sent back 5/19. They said they received on 5/30/25. Called to ask where refund was 0n 6/15/25. They said it takes 12-15 days, not including weekends. Lol. Okay. Just got an email 6/17/25 that I need to be patient and they will send the refund. Smh

Nano makes you pay to send thier hearing aids back
I bought the hearing aids on the 23 of May and already had trouble with them by June 6 th twice so they sent me a new pair and send the old ones back and had to pay $13.85 to send them back I guess you don’t stand behind your product very much .

Long time customer and still happy.
In April my aids I had purchased in 8/24 were not working properly. I quickly ordered another pair from Nano -since can not do without.When they arrived - then asked Nano to repair my faulty pair. They agreed and I received a replacement pair on June 6 at no cost. Thank you, Nano. Great service.

Every thing is bad
Every thing. I have bout 2 sets from Nano. My wife lost the first right ear hearingaid. So I bought second set in January. My wife need only right hearingaid. Asked if I could buy two right answer is no.
How ever she said quote we have 2 modles a sales for 197 and cents.
B sales for 297.00. And since you are regular customer we give you 30%.
I said I am interested in purchasing the better one . But when we want to pricing she quoted 397 up the price br 30 % and then want to give me discount 30 % of 397. Sha is practically giving me no discount.
Horrible business tactics

The left device randomly shuts off
The left device randomly shuts off. Fully charged, but shuts off within 90 seconds of use.

Best design
Nano is my favorite of all brands and I have tried several. it has best fit and design, being narrow and having the volume button off-center so it is not in the way of positioning. With this new second pair, it is taking a bit of work to calibrate the sound, and I will continue working on it.

Love Nano hearing aids...cust service excellent, but only gave 4 stars due to the left hearing aid quit working after only 2 weeks & although they replaced under the warranty, I had to pay for shipping to send the broken one back which cost $8.00 and I feel if they wanted defeated one back they could of send a prepaid shipping label after the cost of purchasing the hearing aids to stand behind their product in such a short time of purchase.

I made my purchase and 5 days later I had my devices. They came with the charger and everything else I needed. Within an hour I was using my hearing aids.
They are so easy to adjust. You can easily adjust after putting them in. I am very pleased with the quality of the devices and the way they work. A very good investment.
