VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND QUAILTY
I have purchased the top of their line hearing aids and have returned them 3 times in the last 3 months. Each time they send another set of the same. I have the same problem with them. Now NANO wants me to pay to have them replace them again. The last set lasted 3 weeks. I asked to have mine set back since they would not fix or replace them and then again they want me to pay them again
