Basic plan cannot even handle 2…

Basic plan cannot even handle 2 players.

They don't refund after 72 hours, and their server will be fine until the 72 hours period they will start kicking you out.

Why would users even need a server if your server cannot even handle the bare minimum 2 players job?

The customer service also blame the customers first for:
1. living too far from the server (TX-KS)
2. using basic plan instead of platinum plan (2P)

The customer service then claimed they fixed the issue before I got kicked out for another 3 times.

You can get kicked out for building a floor, moving item from chest to chest, all because their server cpu is so bad that they cannot handle the bare MINIMUM.

Excellent support for migrating my site

I just migrated my site to Namehero today from Bluehost, which had gotten too slow, too unreliable, and too cumbersome to get real tech support.
