Nakto initially shipped a bike with multiple broken welds and entirely malfunctioning electronics. After a weeks-long effort at troubleshooting and communicating only via email (and only after hours as they have entirely shuttered their US based customer service and failed to make that known on their website - including disconnecting the phone numbers they have listed), they provided a shipping label and asked me to ship back only certain components of the broken bike (rendering it useless and junk) and shipped an entirely new bike which also arrived broken…this time with a fractured battery housing with exposed cells and duct tape holding it together.
Naktos customer service continued to give half answers for another week or two, promised to provide return shipping labels and a refund and then entirely stopped responding, even after multiple attempts at following up. I’m now having to go through my financial institution to attempt getting a refund.
Moral of the story: extremely poor quality products which are also major safety/fire hazards, entirely inadequate customer service and zero accountability. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM.

Can not reach any of the customer support numbers. I bought 5 bikes and I am having issued with 4 of them. This company is the worst I have ever done business with. I would give a negative 5 if it was available to give. Do NOT buy these bikes !!!

Easy to order, great bike for the price, quick shipping. The only negative is that the fenders arrived bent... does not impact the performance of the bike, but I don't like how they look bent.

I opened up the batteries to find out the fuse on the outside shell of the battery wasn't even wired into the circuit and a fusable link with a 30 amp mini car fuse was wired into the circuit instead. The battery is not what is being advertised on the web page and the batteries had blown fuses prior to delivery. Batteries deteriorate over time and become unstable.......I could only imagine what corners this company has attempted to cut and be dishonest about to their customers. They could practice some integrity and honesty.

I am am a 6’ 3” male.. the bike is too small. My knees hit the handle bars @ max height, and the seat is too low for a normal adjusted height for full power pedaling
