It's been 37 days, and I still have not received my order. Several times I have emailed to get assistance, but they make excuses like shipping address, which it was not wrong. This seems to be a scam, and I don't recommend it!

Package stuck in transit
I sent about 3-4 email about my package being stuck in transit and not being received by USPS. I sent out an email every 3 days my package didn’t move and until they sent me a review email on products I never received did they finally get back to me apologizing about not getting it delivered. When it never shipped or reached usps. I wanted a refund cause waiting over a month for a response is too much. But since it had “shipped” as they said no refund. Please be better about your customer service email.

Nailboo Dip Products
I love Nailboo and their full line of Dip products. I have used Nailboo Dip Powders for 3 years, and they keep getting better and better. The new Dip Liquids are a game changer, but for the Top Coat I still use the brush cleaner every once in a while. My dip powder will stay on for 4 to 6 weeks. The buffer block is great too, as it fits in my hand, and I can buff lightly or a little more stronger depending what I need it for. The new color Date Night is gorgeous too. I Love Nailboo’s Dip Product line.

Just WOW!
It isn’t often that as a consumer you find a company that provides a great product and great customer service. Nailboo is truly one that gets to make this claim. Their products are wonderful. I love their nail dips. They go on easily and smoothly. You can’t beat the value of the container size to a manicure you get in the store. They have tons of tutorials on their site as well as tips and tricks. Shipping is always smooth and timely. Most recently I was missing an item and had to reach out to their support staff. Let me tell you…they were responsive and went above and beyond to satisfy me. I can’t remember the last time someone exceeded my expectations on an outcome but nailboo did. If you’re on the fence and think this is just another overpriced product, it truly isn’t. I had always had reservations about ordering from nailboo over the years because their advertising is everywhere. Now I’m just sad I didn’t get them sooner. Great customer incentive program to boot.
