Highly recommend NACA if you're looking to buy a house. The patient and their services have been great. I am very happy to be working with them on my house.

So far my process with NACA has been good! Just had my first appointment with my counselor Antonio today and he is very knowledgeable and cares about your home buying process. He's very detailed and makes sure all of your ducks are in order before your account goes into the underwriting process at Bank of America.

My counselor has been so great to work with. It has taken me some time to get to this point in the process but it has been worth it. She is clear and concise and it feels as if she wants my dream house as much as I do. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. She has taught me how to better manage my finances and what things to avoid while I prepare for this new chapter in my life!

I’ve had a great experience working with Miguel Correa as my NACA counselor. He is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and thorough. Miguel takes the time to explain every step of the process in detail and always makes sure my questions are fully answered. I truly appreciate his dedication and the clear communication he provides. It’s made a big difference in my homebuying journey. Highly recommend!

I applied to NACA to buy a house, hoping their program would be the right choice. Unfortunately, it was a frustrating experience. They spent three months collecting documents from me—about 50 in total. Even for small debts, like $500, they required detailed explanations.

During this time, I also had to spend 3–4 hours filling out forms. After all of that, I was approved for only $280,000.

On top of that, it takes around two days just to get an answer to an email. That’s really crazy and makes the process even more stressful and slow.

For comparison, I applied to another mortgage company afterward. They asked for just four documents, and within three days I was approved for $650,000.

Overall, I am really not happy I chose NACA. Their process was extremely time-consuming, unresponsive, and felt overly complicated for no clear benefit. I wouldn’t recommend them to others looking for a smooth mortgage experience.

This is arguably one of the best programs there is for first time homebuyers. They make sure to set u up for success and guide you through the process. One thing to keep in mind is that you are going to be responsible for submitting a lot of paperwork and other information including looking at your spending and making sure your spending habits habits show that you are financially responsible to take over such a big responsibility. I would recommend anyone that has a dream to buy a home in less than a year to a few years down the line. They are who they say the are, but be prepared to have all your ducks in a row or be willing to be patient with the process!

My first call with my counselor went extremely well! Sheneathia took the time to walk me through the entire member portal and thoroughly explained each step of the process. She was patient, clear, and made sure all of my questions were answered. She also helped me understand my current options for moving forward with NACA. From the moment I took my buyer's workshop to meeting with my awesome counserl, Daniel Ortiz, Naca gave me renewed hope and vision for purchasing a home, or in my case a second chance at homeownership. My counselor heard my story, helped create a budget, and a pathway to success to meet the program's requirements. He made it easy, attainable, and expressed the importance of being organized and on top of the process. I would reccommend the NACA program to anyone willing to adjust and realign their thought process and budget and willing to make sacrifices for the american dream.

Mr. Jordan was quite knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. He remained optimistic even after viewing all my submitted documents and offered some helpful tips to get back on track. We will see how this all turns out, but for now I will also remain optimistic.
