Flawless Experience!

I lost my ring on the beach in April and I immediately reached out to Zillion. They walked me through the process and in no time had my replacement ring on order! Julia did a great job at helping us at every step of the way. My only feedback is that we did not receive a shipping notification from the jeweler, and had a hard time getting this info since zillion puts in the order. I'm so thankful to have my replacement ring just in time for our wedding! HIGHLY recommend zillion

I was contacted right away in regards…

I was contacted right away in regards to damage to my ring and they made the process of getting it repaired at the jeweler extremely easy. They took care of paying the jeweler directly and I had no issues. Julia was great to work with and advised and contacted me with updates along the way.
