Julia did a great job at helping us at every step of the way. My only feedback is that we did not receive a shipping notification from the jeweler, and had a hard time getting this info since zillion puts in the order. I'm so thankful to have my replacement ring just in time for our wedding! HIGHLY recommend zillion
