I had trouble with one device and it was sent back, but apparently they don’t have a record of it because they’re charging me for two. I’m sure all of their customer service is outsourced. You never get to speak with anybody you have to wait and hopefully somebody gets back to you and they don’t know what’s going on.
Customer service is awful. You can NEVER speak with anybody. I’m sure everything is outsourced. I beg you don’t walk away from this company but run away from them.!

I purchase the pet monitor and camera for our RV and they shipped it to an address I no longer live at and couldn't even tell you what that address was. I never received the product and emailed customer support and they sent back a picture of where it was delivered which was my old address. I responded to their email with my correct address and 2 pictures of what my mailboxes look like and all Stan Burke/Sr Executive -Customer Delight said was I have to follow up with their shipping company LaserShip. He did not give any details on how to get my package. There are a lot of businesses out there that would have made this right but not My Waggle Pet Monitor. I am out $201.00 because this company won't make it right. I will find a different product to use and will not ever give this company any of my business.

Product works as expected. I had difficulty setting up and getting a live person, thus the 4 out of 5. Thru persistence I got hold of Stan who walked me through set up like the pro that he is. Many thanks to Stan, and on to the dog show

Product doesn't work AND they bribe their customers for 5 stars. I purchased in June and bought the annual subscription. I received my Waggle and immediately I started having issues with it. It took me weeks to get in contact with someone. Once I did, they sent me a new device and offered me a camera in return for 5 stars. Me, being the cheap person I am, opted for the free camera & gave me review. I had everything set up and working for a few months but I didn't notice it until recently but it was completely broken for about 4-5 months. I've been stationary at home & with my dog all the time so the notifications not going off didn't raise a red flag to me. I reported this to Waggle... again they took awhile to respond. I demanded a refund and they keep pushing to send me a new device. I'm nomadic and on the road 24/7 now and I told them that. I happened to be in a stationary place for a few days and told them if they were to send it to me, it would need to arrive by a Friday. They asked for my address and assured they would send it to me. Friday I get an email from them asking me what my new address is. They clearly only care about trying to keep the money they tried to practically scam out of their customers.

If I could give zero stars, I would.
This is an absolutely unreliable product that failed 99% of the time. I tested it across two different devices and three separate outings—with the exact same results each time: unable to connect, wildly inaccurate temperatures (off by 20 degrees), and frequent failure to even locate my device. That’s unacceptable, especially when the product is meant to help ensure the safety of my animal.
To make matters worse, customer support is rigid and unhelpful. If you're outside the 7-day refund window—even if the product is defective—don’t expect any kind of resolution or refund.
Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere. This product is not ready for real-world use and should not be marketed as such.

The waggle monitor is a great device. I travel the hole country and have never been anywhere where there is no service. I have had three different monitors over the 8 years I have been with them, but my last monitor quit reporting last month and when I call customer service they said they sent a back door update and it should start working within a few hours. I let it sit overnight and it still did not work so I call back and they said my monitor was the old model and was not execpting the update (that they forced onto the device with out letting me know) and I would have to buy a new monitor at $300. After a week of me telling them that it was there update that I did not need that made it stop working they gave me $180 off a new monitor.

I would give zero, if the option was available. I had to purchase a replacement monitor as the original was almost "2 years old and no longer serviceable" as I was told. I ordered a 1st replacement that still would not connect. I often had to wait 2 days between troubleshooting calls with no success. I received the 2nd replacement and still am not able to connect the monitor. I am currently waiting contact from Waggle.

Would give 0 simply for the fact of unreliable technology and software. I was gifted a camera for Christmas 2024… February 2025, a second camera later, a few tech calls, and SEVERAL emails later camera has never worked. Their techs take days to touch base. Unreliable, to the point my husband and I thought we were using a camera to check in our extremely anxious baby to find the hardware and software don’t work. May I add that my husband was never able to download the app on his android phone… if I can save anyone their money, stress, and fur baby is my reason of actually leaving a review. I have asked them to return the camera and get a refund and they keep giving me options for their crap product…. I truly thought I wouldn’t be that person who ran into these issues and I am having a migraine with these people. We live in a studio with high end WiFi… imagine if we were traveling…. No thanks!

We have been using Waggle for a few years and are very happy with the product and service. We could not leave our dogs in our RV without our Waggle. We recently upgraded and love the new monitor. Customer service is also great. We would highly recommend the monitor for anyone with pets.

I’ve had waggle since 2021 and it’s worked great. Our original unit failed after three years and we had to order a new one. We got it and it was working great. While on our trip the pet monitor stopped working. Waggles customer service was great trouble shooting and trying to fix it. They needed to replace the unit, unfortunately while we were traveling. They emailed the return label and as soon as i showed them the receipt that the bad one was returned they shipped the replacement to our next location. When we got there our new one was waiting for us. There were many phone calls throughout this time but we got it. Thanks Waggle. We feel comfortable leaving the dog while we’re out.

The company does a lot of bait and switch. I enjoyed it the first 3 years that I used it. The next renewal the price stayed the same, but the term was shorter. When I decided I needed another device is when things changed. The new subscription came with the capability to handle two devices which was what I thought I had from my second subscription. I did not the company canceled my subscription (it did not expire until 10/2025) and put me on a monthly subscription for $40 a month. During this time I could never get the second device to work. A replacement was sent after a week of trying. Mind you there was zero protection for my pet’s temperature wise during this time. My part of the USA was in a winter snow storm. Got the second device once plugged in it takes 24-48 hours for the cellular part to synchronize and an additional 24-48 to start reporting the temperature. So yes that is another week without protection. Once things finally started to work I asked about my plan which was when I was informed that I was on the monthly. I asked what was the difference of the credit that I had from my unused subscription and the new plan. I was informed that I would have to pay $400 for each of my devices PER YEAR! Which is nothing like what the advertised plan was. I canceled my plan and returned my device. I am still waiting on my refund. I did however find a different company that offered me 2 devices with two years of service for less than one year with waggle. Same features and all. I do not recommend them(waggle) if you want immediate customer service, (you have to leave a message and wait for the return call 24-48 hours later) immediately being able to monitor temperature from plug in, are a breeder and need to track temperatures in several locations or if you have multiple vehicles to monitor.
No I won’t be recommending Waggle.
