Credit Karma suggestion, what a joke.
I wanted to reduce my interest on a Yukon purchase I made in February 2025. I knew better than to trust Credit Karma and their offer of 5.12% for 84 months through Tresl, but i went for it anyway. I have a 750 fico and was applying for a loan amount below trucks value. I was never declined through them I cancelled myself but the hassle involved to that point was absurd. Two days into loan app 4 calls from them basically asking the same questions. normally I finance with my Credit Union but their rates are up as well. When i did go with my CU the deal was done in two days. I went through dealers bank and received a good rate, under my name alone. Tresl came back on 3rd day asking for more income which I could have produced but truck was in my name alone not with my wife. At this point i just cancelled loan app before the dinged my credit with an inquiry. What a hassle these people were.

I was approved...Then unapproved after 1 day!!!
I received a pre-approval for an auto refinance with Tresl via Credit Karma, applied for the Refinance and received an approval.
They said all they needed to do was contact my lienholder to get a payoff amount then sent me an email the following day saying they are sorry but they can not approve. This is after they sent me an "Approval and Congratulations" email.
Stay away from these people! They are obviously not honest. I logged onto Credit Karma today and the pre-appproval is no longer there and they have somehow blocked me from leaving a review and feedback about my experience.

there is zero process in place to deal with folks buying multiple people. i also learned from the mistakes you guys made last year to try to get ahead of them with the batch of trucks this year, told you guys what i needed done and it was still done incorrectly. if i wasnt forced to use tresl for my transaction i would never use them in a million years
