edited post!!! Originally 5 stars upon just calling and purchasing, but I’ve been nothing but lied to and there’s so much money being requested.
LIES LIES LIES! I knew immediately after purchasing the vouchers. Two people were no longer gonna be going on the trip with us and my agent told me if I didn’t book that same day with him on the phone. We were losing our vacations completely nonrefundable, but I had 48 hours to change the names on the booking without penalty. I’m trying to put the correct traveler information on there and they want an extra $180 per person. They already made me pay to secure a different date because they absolutely have nothing available on any of the preferred dates we put in our booking form but that’s not fair to me and I still paid it.
I had a terrible experience with the support team the first time I bought vouchers but my sisters beefed me to do one with them and ZEESHAN has been nothing short of amazing! I will update this AFTER we take our vacation as we just got our confirmations.

VERY SKEPTICAL, EXTRA FEES EVERYWHERE
OK, a lot to cover here. The representative, Rohan was fantastic! Very kind, efficient, and as detailed as he could be.
The Process/Mystery gift is b.s. ~ seems there is an additional surcharge for everything. I am very cautiously looking forward the the trip. They can see the hotel, but can't tell you~they charge for giving you a flight time window ( to know you are leaving b/t 12noon and 5pm is an extra $22 each person) To look at a different airport is an extra $79 each) Additional hotel fee of $35 daily, No luggage included on flight, additional daily hotel transfer fees to be expected. UGH, I have huge suspicion this is a scam, but I guess we are going to find out soon enough.
