Not great quality and returns from UK need to go to Australia!

I purchased a retro LFC Green and White top after reading many of the positive reviews. I didn't mind waiting for a delivery but when it arrived it wasn't great quality and having owned one of the original tops, I felt the material wasn't good and the collar is really high and I reckon only Harry Hill could away with wearing it!

I have asked for a refund and it obviously needs to be returned first but the returns need to be sent by recorded delivery to Australia which there is no mention of on their website so anyone in the UK purchasing from them should consider this if the item turns up and isn't as expected.

I emailed just to confirm and I got news that delivery takes up to 21 days. I’m now waiting on the jersey and hope that it will come on time. I wouldn’t have ordered the jersey otherwise if they hadn’t made that error

The MOST helpful service

I was worried about the size, so I asked them about it, and they responded quickly and accurately.

MyRetroJersy have been amazing in dealing with my order, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. From an easy to find and order website, to efficient replies, keeping me informed of order status, and efficient despatch and delivery, I can highly praise their excellent service.
Not only that, they have gone way way above and beyond their expected service levels, where upon the top that I ordered being a size too small, they have arranged for the next size up to be sent to me, and in order to save me (their customer) the trouble and cost of returning the original top, they have simply asked me to donate it to a charity of my choice 👍🏼
Totally unexpected generosity from this company, and I will be sure to be using them again.

I ordered a jersey from MyRetroJersey…

I ordered a jersey from MyRetroJersey three weeks ago and was aware from their website that it could take up to 21 business days to arrive. As the days went by, I was unsure of the shipping status, so I emailed them to inquire. I was impressed with how quickly they responded and appreciated the clear communication. The jersey arrived soon after, just as promised in the email. The quality is fantastic and looks exactly like the image on their website. Overall, a great experience, and I’d happily order from them again!

BEST experience BEST customer service team

I was honestly impressed by the help I received from the support team! I don't live in the UK and entered an invalid address, which was notified to me once the courier was sending the item back to My Retro Jersey since they couldn't deliver. The team responded to all my emails quickly and helped me beyond what I expected. Not only did they help me solve an issue that was entirely my fault, they helped me sending a replacement item before receiving my initial item back because they knew I was in a hury. This was a christmas gift and I can't express my gratitude to the customer service team enough!! Plus, the website is incredible and so are the prices, would recommend to anyone and I will definitley buy again in the future!

Really poor communication

Really poor communication, it seems apparent that the only way this company communicate is on here. Can you please advise on my order as ordered weeks ago and the tracking states that royal mail have not yet received the item. This is for a birthday present. Don't understand the delay as again quick to take funds but not so quick to respond to an email. .please advise

Awful communication

Awful communication, waiting on shirts to arrive still order 3 weeks ago Royal Mail tracking still saying that sender has dispatched the item on 21st Nov, no sign whatsoever. Will be doing a charge back on my bank because the service it just not good enough.

Bought a shirt as a gift- I liked the look and the quality. Even my wife who hates sports attire said: that looks cool

I got the wrong size, they dealt with that really quickly and easily. They reply quickly.

The postage does take as long as they suggest- but that is really clearly stated. I would recommend and would buy from again.

No one replieds

Ordered from here back in May time for a shirt for father's day. Ordered the wrong size contacted them to see if an exchange was possible and radio silence. So stuck with a shirt I can't use. I will not be ordering from them again.

The 2 stars are becuase if the shirt fit I'd be happy with it
