The process was quite simple. Results were faster that expected since the labs are local. The DNA results are easy to understand but quite simplistic as well. Depends how detailed you prefer your analysis. The breakdown of the results is much better. Dr Merilynn went into every detail and harped on the important info I should focus on. So if you’re getting the test done might as well get the consultation as well. Makes it more worthwhile. Would recommend the personality test if you wanna get to know yourself more, coupled with annual blood work and other health data, you can optimise the way you live your life.

I recently just bought a wellness DNA test because I feel like knowing myself. The diet and nutrition reports tell me which kind of food I should consume more because it seems to lack in my DNA. Process of collecting the sample was smooth, no issue at all. Several days after, they will send you an email about your dna test report.

Its funny how the report even shows whether you're allergy to cats hahahha There's also few advice on how to overcome it and the symptoms. Very easy to read as its not too technical like how others did. Very detailed and helpful.
