The phone case was not for a iPhone 13 Pro. I made it fit by cutting the square out on the back.

I love my military phone case. I just wish that it came with a screen protector like the one I ordered 5 years ago. My last phone was an A32, and with the military phone case, it was protected, and it still looks brand new. I wanted to purchase one for my A35. I pray that it lasts for the next 5 years

My order number 250725 iPhone case has not been delivered even though the tracking said it was, I would like to have my money back or my case. I have called, text, emailed and haven’t got any response from anybody says it’s unable to deliver an email. So I guess people have to figure it out for themselves if this was a scam or not.

Smooth ordering process. Prompt delivery. Quality product. There were, however, no instruction on installation of the screen protectors. But I've installed enough that it wasn't difficult to figure out a way. I still give you 5 stars.

I was careless when I ordered an iPhone 16 pro defender case with a holster. I had googled Otterbox Defender and had not noticed that the picture on myphonecase.com did not show “Otterbox” on the product and did not notice that the description did not say that it was an Otterbox product.

I have attempted to contact myphonecase by email 3 times and they have not responded. I tried calling and the phone number does not go through to anyone, it just hangs up on me.

So, buyer beware. Do not expect any customer service. Be sure you want what you order. Do not expect to be able to return anything. And I feel the name of the product is deceptive.
