What a fabulous product and wonderful experience with customer service. The instructions were comprehensive and easy to follow. Basically everything is ready to go when you receive it. I installed the fountain without help. I got wet but over all it went smoothly! I recommend ordering the back up battery-strongly as it has made a huge difference in the length of time the fountain runs. Also, try and find a south east facing spot, this also made a huge difference. I had to order the 32’ extender and really should have ordered two of them. The price is right, the experience a breeze and outcome exactly what I was hoping for!

Quick shipping. I have purchased several solar powered fountains and have been terrible disappointed. Decided to try this one which is a little more costly but I don’t have electricity at my pond so I have to get solar powered.

I got the larger of the two fountains and LOVE it!!!! It’s perfect. Easy to set up. Will be ordering the longer extension cord. I can’t believe how high the water sprays when the sun is shinning bright. Has a pretty spray even in the shade. The sounds of the water splashing is absolutely mesmerizing.

I have two other ponds I will be ordering one for each of those as well!

When I received my fountain, I realized that I had accidentally ordered the non-floating version. I called and Ron was fantastic and wanted to make sure I got what I needed. He was able to send out the floating version within a week and asked that i send back the other pump when i verified that everything was working properly! EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!!!! Great fountain!

The pump is great it works super well and does the job just as good as an electrical pump I’m so satisfied to the point I want to get another one id definitely recommend getting a back up battery because it helps so much after the sun goes down the design and everything was just awesome I love the pump and got it fast
