Was refered to a specific rep by a friend who said she had a good experience with him. Not the case for me. I switched my insurance and then had horrific problems. Rep dropped me and would not answer emails. Had to contact another agency. They claim to assist you even after enrollment. This is NOT true. Once you sign up you are on your own! Avoid them!
